La Rosée Cosmétiques Canada

Marketing & Communication Coordinator

Job Description

About LA ROSÉE

Since 2015, La Rosée has redefined natural skincare, offering products made with up to 100% natural ingredients, clinically proven effectiveness, and eco-conscious packaging. Now available exclusively at Shoppers Drug Mart, La Rosée introduces 18 carefully curated SKUs to the Canadian market, focusing on face care, body care, and hygiene essentials designed for all skin types, including the most sensitive.

With a steadfast commitment to clean beauty and sustainability, La Rosée avoids controversial ingredients, delivering high-performance, natural formulations that are both effective and planet-friendly. Proudly designed and manufactured in France, the brand aligns luxury with responsibility.

This launch marks La Rosée’s entry into Canada, building on its position as the #1 growth driver in the French dermocosmetics market (May 2023 - April 2024, GERS data) and offering Canadian consumers a fresh approach to natural, high-efficacy skincare.

About the Role

As we launch in Canada through an exclusive partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing & Communications Coordinator based in the Greater Toronto Area. This role will be key in executing our go-to-market strategy, championing our brand values, and driving sustainable growth. We are seeking someone with a solid marketing background, ideally with experience working with Shoppers Drug Mart, who can hit the ground running in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing LA ROSÉE’s marketing strategy in Canada, ensuring flawless execution across all touchpoints. Working closely with our French headquarters while making key local decisions, you will oversee marketing initiatives—from impactful campaigns to in-store activations. Your deep understanding of SDM’s dynamics will be essential in maximizing brand visibility and driving strong business results.

As our brand grows in Canada, this position offers the potential for greater responsibility and career development within the company.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Execute the Canadian Marketing Strategy: Implement a marketing plan tailored to LA ROSÉE’s exclusive partnership with Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM), driving visibility and sales.

  • Performance Reporting: Deliver monthly reports on campaign results, market feedback, and emerging opportunities.

  • Budget Management: Monitor and optimize the pre-established annual marketing budget to maximize ROI and ensure sustainable growth.

3. Digital Presence & E-Commerce

  • Social Media Strategy: Create and adapt content using brand assets from the French team, ensuring consistency while tailoring messaging for the Canadian market. Execute a social media plan to drive engagement and brand awareness.

  • Influencer Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with Canadian influencers, oversee product seeding, and track performance to maximize brand visibility.

  • E-Commerce Preparation: Plan and oversee the launch of LA ROSÉE’s Canadian e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth execution. As the platform grows, this role may involve managing a junior team member to support daily operations.

4. Merchandising & Competitive Analysis

  • In-Store Displays: Coordinate with the French design team to create impactful product displays and ensure seamless implementation in stores.

  • Pricing Strategy: Conduct competitor analysis and collaborate with teams in France and Canada to finalize launch pricing for new products.
