LA ROSÉE COSMÉTIQUES CANADA | Full-time employment contract (10 months), with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

We are looking for a Field Retail Sales & Training Account Executive to support our growth in Eastern Canada, covering Quebec & the Maritimes. This role is based in the Greater Montreal Area.

Now, we’re taking the next big step: launching in Canada. Starting March 31, 2025, La Rosée will be available exclusively at Shoppers Drug Mart, featuring 18 essential skincare products for the face, body, and hygiene—suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive.

This launch is a major milestone. After becoming the fastest-growing brand in the French dermo-cosmetics market (May 2023 - April 2024, GERS data), La Rosée is set to transform the Canadian beauty industry by offering consumers a natural, effective, and accessible alternative.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Field Retail Sales & Training Account Executive for Eastern Canada, based in the Greater Montreal Area, you will lead the charge in ensuring the success of LA ROSÉE launch at Shoppers Drug Mart locations across the region.

Through regular store visits, you’ll deliver impactful training, foster strong relationships with beauty advisors, and engage customers through demos and events. Your role will bring LA ROSÉE‘s eco-conscious ethos to life, inspiring confidence in our products and driving sell-out performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a newly launched store network within Shoppers Drug Mart, building La Rosée’s presence from the ground up by developing strong relationships with store teams and ensuring brand standards are met.

  • Maximize sales performance by driving sell-out, executing promotional activities, and monitoring in-store stock levels to ensure availability and timely replenishment.

  • Train and coach beauty advisors on La Rosée’s product benefits, clean beauty principles, and selling techniques to strengthen brand advocacy and customer engagement.

  • Ensure impactful merchandising that aligns with La Rosée’s eco-conscious brand identity, creating visually appealing displays that enhance product visibility.

  • Conduct regular store visits to assess sales performance, provide support, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Host in-store demos and customer events to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.

  • Act as a key brand ambassador, representing La Rosée with professionalism and enthusiasm while fostering strong partnerships with Shoppers Drug Mart teams.

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and store performance, providing valuable insights to support growth strategies.

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in consumer products, ideally in beauty or luxury goods.

  • B2B sales experience in Shoppers Drug Mart or a similar retail beauty environment (an asset).

  • Strong presentation, training, and coaching skills – able to motivate and educate retail teams effectively.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple stores and priorities.

  • Knowledge of clean beauty and eco-conscious principles (preferred).

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Employment Type: Full-time employment contract (10 months), with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Start Date: March 2025

Travel: A personal vehicle is required. Mileage and approved work-related expenses will be reimbursed. This role requires 80% travel within the home region, which may include occasional overnight stays (1-2 nights). Additionally, travel outside the province (e.g., British Columbia) may be required for 2-5 nights per month.
